If you love Italian and Pork, you will fall for these Italian marinated baked pork chops. Its the perfect one sheet pan for those busy nights. I had some leftover Italian dressing packets and used them as a marinade for the pork chops. Adding olive oil and some water, I let it marinate for at least 6 hours. I then cut up some potatoes and added the marinade to the potatoes. Baked the dish for 30 minutes and then broiled at the end. My kids loved the taste of the pork chops. Your family will too!
1 ½ lbs. Of Center Cut Pork Chops or Assorted. Around 4-5 pieces
2 Italian Marinade Packets
¾ cup of Olive Oil
¼ cup of water
3 – 4 potatoes cut up
1 large baking sheet
Large bowl or 1-gallon ziplock bag to marinate chops and potatoes
- Mix Italian Marinade packets with Olive Oil and Water. Cut up potatoes and marinate pork chops and potatoes together in large bowl or ziplock bag in the fridge for at least 6 hrs.
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean-up and place pork chops and potatoes evenly on sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and broil for 5 minutes.
- Pair with your favorite vegetables.
